Anna Silk, born January 31st 1974 in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, is an actor most well-known for her role as Bo on the Showcase program Lost Girl. Silk was produced in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. She is the daughter of Peter an academic, and Ilkay Silk, a prominent actor, director, educator, playwright and director of drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna has some of her first memories of watching television and going to rehearsals for shows. Silk was a prominent character in numerous commercials as just a child. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Early theater work includes at least two plays with Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk made the move to Toronto Canada in the month of the month of November 1999.
